Hosting and server logs
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested file, referrer, browser information and operating system information. The processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably and is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Server log data is retained only for as long as required for technical operation, security and error analysis, unless statutory obligations require longer retention.
External links
Links to streaming services, social networks, ticket platforms or cloud storage services are opened only when you actively click them. From that point onward, the privacy terms of the respective external provider apply.
Contact form and email contact
If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide, in particular your name, email address, venue or organisation, request type, selected artist and message, in order to process and respond to your request.
Where your request concerns the conclusion or performance of a contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling business and general enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The information submitted through the form is sent by a server-side PHP script to booking@r2ksound.de. We disclose the information to other recipients only where this is necessary to process your request or where we are legally required to do so. Contact requests are deleted when they are no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
